Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time Please note that processing time is separate from
shipping time.
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be processed. This includes quality inspection, packaging, and handing the package over to the shipping carrier.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times (excluding weekends and holidays) are as follows:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- International: 3–12 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, we do not have control over customs processes and are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import regulations. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Delayed Delivery
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to shipping carrier issues, customs delays, or high seasonal demand. If your tracking status shows no updates for more than 20 business days, please contact us, and we will assist you with a replacement or a solution.
Please be aware that delays are more common during peak holiday seasons (November–December) or major promotional periods.
Cancelling an Order
We work quickly to process and ship your orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed.
If you request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order and processing has already begun, a $20 transaction fee per order will apply. If the order has already been fully processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
