About This
- Material: The water-storage basin, support column, and drain plate are made of a polypropylene (PP) compound that is UV-resistant and durable. It resists fragility caused by daily sunlight compared to other PP materials
- Capacities: The heavy-duty, main parts of the product can hold 110 lb., withstand planters, and fit growing bags of 3–5 gallons. The basin can hold up to 1 gallon of water
- Overwatering-free: Run-off water from the fabric pot is collected by the drain plate to avoid overwatering and stored in the basin for reuse
- Self-watering system: The wick cords will steadily deliver water from the basin to the fabric pot according to the principle of capillary action
- Design: The basin has a built-in handle for adjusting placement when it is full and the buoy features a double-color subsection for increased water-level visibility. There is also a chamber designed to hold a pH-value testing tank on the opposite side of the water gauge
